Kingdom of the DeadIn recent years we have been taking on more print media projects using adobe Indesign for page creation.

The first project in the medium was the illustrations for Peter Ackroyd’s ‘Kingdom of the Dead’ in the ‘Voyages Through Time’ series published by Dorling Kindersley. *ClickHere* to see the illustrations.

But by far the biggest project was Imagining Egypt - A Living Portrait Of The Time Of The Pharaohs. Written and Illustrated by Mark Millmore and published by Black Dog & Leventhal Publishers New York.



Imagining EgyptThis project took Mark Millmore two years to complete - he travel to locations in Egypt carried out his own research and generated 192 pages of text with over 300 photographic, hand drawn, painted and computer generated illustrations. Final he delivered preliminary layouts of the cover and interior pages in InDesign to the publisher *Click Here* to see more.

The more ordinary projects include art posters, magazine advertising, outdoor advertising posters such as bus stop posters and 48 sheet billboard posters.

And right at the other extreme there are old fashioned none computer generated art works such as etching and painting.

EgyptoriumEgyptorium published in May 2008. This is an unusual format consisting of a book within a presentation board box that contains nine other little books.

Eyelid Productions was commissioned to make a new set of reconstructions - Temple of Isis at Philae, Luxor Temple, Giza Pyramids, Saqqara Pyramids and Karnak Temple. Three of our images from Kingdom of the Dead – Horus temple, Luxor Colonnade and Giza Pyramids. We've also created a new set of hieroglyphs for it as well. See preview>>
